Just replace the old Call of Duty 4.app with this new cracked one and enjoy the game without any DRM/DVD.
Make sure you insert a CoD 4 PC/Mac cdkey (or any multiplayer cdkey we already had before) to run it if it asks (it won't if you already did in mulitplayer).
